Generally, the first thing some people do every time after they wake up is to turn on the computers, enjoying the wonder-ful technology that Microsoft provides. And Bill Gates, head of Microsoft, is widely known as the richest man in the world, but what about the USA President Bill Clinton? Many persons must be tired of watching Democrats and Republicans debating with each other during the process of impeachment against Bill Clinton on television. Therefore, some people believe Bill Clinton is defi-nitely not so successful as Bill Gates. They do have a point, but I must say that Bill Clinton is the more successful one.

As a senior politician, Bill Clinton does a good job. His poli-cies have been leading to greater strides for the American econo-my in recent years. Under his leadership, the USA's economy avoids being much influenced in the world-wide financial melt-down but is in a steady growth.

That was not all. The key point is, Bill Clinton not only held his position after such a long impeachment, but also gained more and more American citizens' support. Of course, we have to realize the scandals are very serious mistakes of him and they made him very ashamed. But we would like to see him correct the mistakes and pay much more attention to his work rather than being removed from office──it costs too much. Bill Clin-ton promptly apologized to his people and he himself with his peers made continuous good efforts to let them know the circum-stances clearly—there are two ways but this is the better one for-ward. Their efforts were not wasted. Not long after the im-peachment began, the percentage of Bill Clinton's supporters in-creased to more than 65% of the population of States. Even in the Senate, a few Republicans started to stand by his side. As a well-known Chinese proverb says "One who wins the people's hearts wins the world", Bill Clinton had won so many American People's hearts and he would certainly win in the end.

Bill Gates is indeed successful. However, something he achieved and experienced was not as great as Bill Clinton's. Standing up again at the point of failure made it possible for Bill Clinton to be the more successful person.
